Stage 1 Multi Party Framework Agreement for; Renovation and Redevelopment Works to Protected Structures and other Buildings owned by Tipperary County Council
Refurbishment and re-purposing of Protected Structures and other existing buildings in ownership of Tipperary County Council. Works will include demolition and alteration, building fabric upgrades, MandE fit-out, internal fit-out, external civil works, landscaping, etc. Works to Protected structures will be conservation led. New build will be a component of all projects. Individual projects valued between โฌ.05m and โฌ5m exclusive of VAT. Building floor areas will vary depending on the specific projects but could typically be between: 120m2 and 600m2. The framework will be established for four (4) years with an option to extend for a further one (1) year if desired. The Client has four (4) Protected Structure Refurbishment and Redevelopment projects grant funded, three (3) of which will be coming to tender in 2024, with the fourth to follow on post completion of the first project. The Client also has a very good track record on seeking out funding for renovation and redevelopment works to its building stock and therefore it is intended that many more contracts will be generated through this framework over its lifespan.
