Tailte รireann require a small wearable device, flexible to cater for Lone Workers that are "Field based". Field workers can on occasions work in very remote areas where phone coverage can be sparse. The devices will be in possession of the Lone Worker and will be monitored by a monitoring centre to provide the necessary services that may be required by individuals. The devices should be able to cater for events such as personal attack, injury, man down situations etc. Responses to this RFT must also include a monitoring service, instruction and training for Lone Workers and Managers. Tailte รireann may require samples of offered solution for testing prior to award of any ensuing contract. The proposal should include a web based Management Portal
