The BOCSI wishes to select, procure and implement an integrated Rostering and Time and Attendance software system to achieve the following objectives.: โ€ข Creation of digital staff rosters to automate the scheduling of employee time. โ€ข Decentralisation of timesheet input, moving to individual employee input. โ€ข Tracking employee attendance accurately, including the recording of times. โ€ข Streamline approval process for leave requests and shift changes. โ€ข Generate real-time reports for management analysis. โ€ข Enhancing compliance with European Working Time Directive. The following features are not required: โ€ข Employee salary and costing information. โ€ข HR data and functionality other than employee contract data as specified. โ€ข Expenses and Travel information. โ€ข Annual Leave Calculation.
