The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of 2 such extensions on the same terms and conditions subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law.
The Contracting Authority further reserves the right to extend the Term for the purpose of support and maintenance of the fuel analysers for a total of up to 10 years per analyser from the date of purchase.
