The works comprising first phase of the rejuvenation of Mohill Railway Station will be to the existing Railway Station Buildings, forecourt, entrance, connection to existing services โ€“ contract programme period for the works โ€“ 8-9 months The works will include restoration/re-building of the existing stone wall to side and rear of Station Buildings, part of glazed link and accessible toilet to facilitate the provision of fully serviced office/workspace, as follows:- โ€ข Conserve, refurbish and upgrade Station Building. โ€ข Re-build low stone wall to create new external dining area and garden. โ€ข Reinstate platform to front of station building. โ€ข Alterations to existing entrance. โ€ข Access roadway on existing railway line. โ€ข Carparks for station house and visitors โ€“ 11 no. spaces. โ€ข Connection to existing services. โ€ข Landscaping and fencing. โ€ข Provision of safe working site and compound.
