The objective of this RFT is to invite proposals from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to create a Multiple Party Framework with a maximum of six (6) members. The appointed Framework Members will be required to provide graphic design and print management services, to support specific communications objectives across the breadth of SEAI programmes. The successful Members will produce quality design work in response to a specific design brief, and in some cases manage the print requirements. In some cases, design and print tasks may be separated with SEAI identifying a particular printer to be used for a specific job. Design The framework members will carry out individual design projects based upon a comprehensive brief from SEAI. As SEAI operates across a variety of different audiences, a variety of approaches will be required for different projects. The SEAI brand and style guidelines must be adhered to in all design projects. Print Management SEAI operates a digital first approach publishing reports and technical documents online and only prints these documents on occasion. For some projects, the framework members will also manage the associated print requirements. Printing should be sustainable, and where possible environmentally friendly inks and processes used.
