Bord Bia’s Talent Academy programme is an initiative that hothouses executive talent to create a pipeline for the Irish food, drink, and horticulture industry. Bord Bia Talent Academy offers a range of world-leading post-graduate opportunities for over 80+ participants to create and maintain a talent pipeline for the industry. Bord Bia Talent Academy proposes to partner with a third level institution to design and deliver a commercially driven, experiential based Origin Green Ambassador (OGA) programme.
