This tender is for the field survey of 1,365 monuments in three Contract Lots: • Lot 1 – County Clare • Lot 2- County Clare • Lot 3- County Mayo County Clare Survey: Lot 1 - 575 sites on OS 6-inch sheets 42, 43 and 51 Lot 2 - 485 sites on OS 6-inch sheets 21, 28, 36, 37, 44, 45, 52, 53, 54, 61, 62, 63 and 63a County Mayo Survey: Lot 3 - 305 sites (300 on OS 6-inch sheet 70 and 5 on adjacent sheets 60, 69 and 79) Each Lot may be tendered for separately. Clare Lot 2 is to be surveyed after Clare Lot 1. Should a combined tender covering multiple Lots be submitted, it must provide for Clare Lot 1 and Mayo Lot 3 being surveyed concurrently. These surveys do not include any monuments that remain unlocated or any that have been reclassified as redundant records.
