Bus Éireann proposes to establish a Multi Party Framework for a qualified panel of service providers in each county in the Republic of Ireland under Lot 1and Lot 2 to provide the required Maintenance and Repair and Services for vehicles on its fleet for a period of five (5) years. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend for two further twelve (12) month extension periods with a maximum overall period of seven years. The Lots are broken down as follows. Lot 1 – Full Maintenance Contract. Lot 2 – Body Work, Accident Damage and Chassis Repair. At the tender stage of this process, it is envisaged that Bus Éireann will select several service providers in respect of each county in the Republic of Ireland under each Lot for appointment to a multi-provider framework agreement based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender.
