Bus Éireann proposes awarding a Contract or Contracts by means of establishing a Multi-Party Framework for the provision of services in relation to the “Installation and Maintenance of Bus Stop Poles, Retention Sockets, Bus Head Plates and Information Display Cases” for a three-year period (or dependent on budgetary demand). These services will be provided throughout the NTA PSO’s route network and will include all major cities within the Republic of Ireland. The Contract will cover the installation of the equipment repair and maintenance of the equipment on an adhoc basis, and the upkeep as required for the duration of the Contract. There is a requirement under this Contract for Reporting Systems. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend this framework for a further period of 12 or 24 months. Bus Éireann's preference is to award a contract to a single supplier; however, Bus Éireann reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award to multiple suppliers. These Contracts will be awarded by means of Mini Tendering as requirements arise.
