The Initial Contract will be for Public Realm and Park Design for a proposed residential development for lands at Kildonan, Finglas West, Dublin 11 involving : -Demolition of existing structures - Construction of new residential units comprising a mix of houses, duplexes, apartments and a supported living facility, associated hard and soft landscaping, defined surface car parking and all associated drainage infrastructure, retrofit and fit out of an existing Chapel.
