Trinty College Dublin require two water isotope analytical systems of the cavity ring down isotope ratio infrared-laser spectroscopy (CRD-IRIS) type. One system will include peripherals required for continuous water vapor monitoring, while the other will include peripherals required for discrete liquid water samples. The continuous water vapor system should be a triple oxygen system (๏ค17O, ๏ค18O, ๏ค2H) while the liquid water system would ideally also be triple oxygen, but acceptable as a double oxygen (๏ค18O, ๏ค2H, no ๏ค17O) if cost limits require it.
