Glazed screens, 1800x1200, 30 min fire resistance. Minor alterations to the electrics, Units have floor boxes currently and in some cases, these will need to be used as supply for regular wall sockets. GF Unit 02, light switches will need to be moved to match the new partitions layout, a master switch to turn off all lights in the room should be kept at the door for ease of use. Additional fire safety kit, 4 no. Escape signs, 4 no. Alarms etc. There is currently 5 ESB meters linked to the building and the occupants would like this reduced to 3.
