The HSE, “Contracting Authority”, is tendering for the provision of Customs Clearance Agency services in response to planned and unplanned international freight requirements. The HSE requires a customs clearance agent that understands all the legislation and terms governing customs, who will ensure compliance of same in a timely manner so as to ensure that all HSE’s imports are cleared within the allotted schedule without incurring demurrage, delays or customs penalties. Other public health services organisations which are funded by the HSE may also avail of this contract.
