Road Safety Authority (RSA)
The RSA is seeking tenders from interested parties for the provision of technical inspection services. The successful tenderer will be expected to conduct Inspections at: 1. Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness (โCVRโ) Operatorsโ Premises; 2. Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness Testing (โCVRTโ) Centres; 3. National Car Testing Service (โNCTSโ) Testing Centres; 4. Headquarters of the NCTS Contractor; and 5. Such other locations in the State as required by the Authority related to, or in connection with the roadworthiness of Heavy Commercial Vehicles (โHCVsโ), Light Commercial Vehicles (โLCVsโ) or NCTS Vehicles in locations provided in Appendix 8 of this RFT and in accordance with the applicable Deficiency Guidance Manuals and the Standard Operating Procedures for such Inspections.
