The service will include: • Planned maintenance, inspection and testing, • Call out repairs and maintenance, • Scheduled Minor Works, • Co-ordination with 3rd party contractors on works projects. The proposed works shall be delivered through PW-CF11 Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Public Works Contract. A full scope of services can be found within A.1 of the Electrical Maintenance Specification by Moloney Fox Consulting.
