Dublin City Council Single Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Facility Management Services
Dublin City Council
Dublin City Council (DCC) wishes to establish a single-party framework agreement for the provision of Facilities Management Services to the DCC at various site locations by using the competitive procedure with negotiation. The successful tenderer must be able to support, understand and deliver facilities management objectives and goals of the DCC. Initial contract will include services such as Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, Landscaping or Minor Works. All the site locations and initial types of services are specified in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire document. Please note that this project is subject to funding.
