The Sport complex consists of main sport building (1574m2) , a sprint track building (846m2) and the site works inside the site boundary. Main sport building; star shaped building; the facilities will include gym, hall, studio, conditioning room, WC/Changing rooms, café, offices, meeting rooms etc; structural design with concrete pad/strip footing, concrete ground slab and rising walls, glulam structural for front public area and steel framed structure for other area, composite roof deck to steel frame area and CLT panel to public area. External façade finished with aluminium double glazing curtain walling and Arcoplus rainscreen cladding panel; all associated mechanical and electrical services; associated plant room services; Sprint track building; the facilities will include 6 lanes of 60m running track and conditioning room; structural design with concrete pad/strip footing, concrete ground slab and rising walls, timber framed for beam and column, composite roof deck to conditioning room. External façade finished with polycarbonate roof and wall panelling and Arcoplus rainscreen cladding panel for conditioning room external wall. Site works; all trenching and ducting of civils (drainage, watermains) and electrical services (main ESB, public lighting, comms/EIR) is included in this Site development works. Site works also include for the benches, bins, bollards, bicycle stand and flag posts. All hard and soft landscaping including grassed and planting area are also included in this site works
