The Lismore Town Association, in partnership with Waterford City and County Council, are currently revitalising the Bank of Ireland building and grounds at West Street, Lismore, Co. Waterford. Phase 1 of this project is the development of tourist accommodation in the grounds of the bank building with the provision of 5 glamping pods and associated works. This contract is for the preparation of the existing site to allow for the installation of the glamping pods. Works will include but are not limited to: Site clearance, installation of foundations and the installation of services (Sewer, Water, Electrical etc.).
