Construction and Delivery of Mungret Housing Development (Pro168)

Mungret Housing Development (the “Mungret” Project) is a 6.2ha greenfield site in Mungret, Limerick, on the south-west outskirts of Limerick city, approx. 4.7km from Limerick City centre (Colbert Station). The project forms part of current and future programmes of work to be undertaken by the Contracting Authority to develop affordableSale, cost rental and social housing and apartments. The Works Contractor will enter into the Works Contract directly with the Contracting Authority for the delivery of Phase 1 of the Mungret Housing Project pursuant to a Design by Employer contract. The overall proposed development consists of 183 no. units in total (P1 + P2) and will be delivered on a two (2) phased basis. Refer to the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire for further information
