A soft-landscaped area with formal seating areas, picnic areas, amenity lawn, mounds, incidental play and native ornamental planting The cafรฉ facility will be located here in The Hub and it will have an extensive outdoor element. Work on the hub zone area including the cafรฉ building has commenced and will progress through 2024. Site Visits - The overall park is fully accessible is publicly accessible to tenderers. However, if tenderers wish to access the building (currently under construction) that can be arranged.
