Tá taispeántas taistil (acmhainní teagaisc agus foghlama) i leabharlann shoghluaiste ag an gComhairle um Oideachas Gaeltachta agus Gaelscolaíochta (COGG) ina bhfuil sampla de raon leathan acmhainní teagaisc don oideachas trí Ghaeilge, acmhainní eile a bhaineann le teagasc na Gaeilge, agus saothair litríochta do dhaoine óga agus déagóirí. Tugann an leabharlann shoghluaiste cuairt ar scoileanna, ar choláistí oideachais, ar chomhdhálacha, agus tugtar deis do dhaoine fásta dul isteach agus féachaint ar a bhfuil ann, acmhainní a ordú nó eolas a fháil maidir le bealaí orduithe. Déantar idir 150 agus 200 cuairt in aghaidh na bliana. Tá conradh á thairiscint ag COGG do chomhlacht nó eagraíocht cúram bainistíochta a ghlacadh den taispeántas taistil, ar a n-áirítear fostú comhordaitheora/tiománaí; stoc-choimeád agus orduithe; amchlár cuairteanna; socruithe le scoileanna nó eile; seirbhísí eolais, cúram na feithicle. Post an chomhordaitheora: Fostófar comhordaitheoir/tiománaí agus beidh COGG páirteach sa phróiseas roghnúcháin. Beidh an conraitheoir freagrach as bainistiú an chomhordaitheora/tiománaí. Beidh cruinnithe rialta idir COGG agus an conraitheoir ar mhaithe le tacaíocht, eolas, comhairle agus oiliúint a sholáthar maidir le gnóthaí an taispeántais taistil. Beidh pointe teagmhála aitheanta laistigh de COGG agus déanfaidh duine ainmnithe de chuid an chonraitheora cumarsáid rialta leis an té sin. Beidh ardchaighdeán Gaeilge ag an duine a cheapfar; grinnfhiosrúcháin an Gharda Síochána; ceadúnas glan tiomána catagóir C; eolas ar fheithiclí agus é/í toilteanach an cúrsa lae CPC a dhéanamh gach bliain de réir rialacha an AE; scileanna idirphearsanta den scoth; tuiscint ar an gcóras oideachais; eolas ar (nó sásta eolas a chur ar) na hacmhainní ar fad sa taispeántas; taithí ríomhaireachta, riaracháin, margaíochta agus díolacháin. Is faoin gconraitheoir a bheidh na gnáthfeidhmeanna agus freagrachtaí fostóra. Freagracht COGG Maidir leis an leabharlann shoghluaiste, beidh COGG freagrach as íocaíochtaí árachais, cánach, páirceála, dolaí agus NCT, chomh maith le costais a bhaineann le deisiúchán agus cóiriú.
