This competition is intended to result in a multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of short term/temporary agency placements for CHI. The framework will consist of up to 3 framework members. CHI will inform the agency/agencies of vacant role requirements as they arise. For urgent requirements, the agency ranked 1st (the highest scoring agency from the tender) will be contacted and given first opportunity to fill the vacancy. Should a suitable candidate not be available, CHI will go to the 2nd ranked agency. Should this be unsuccessful, the 3rd ranked agency will be contacted. CHI must receive confirmation from the agency a suitable candidate is available or unavailable within two hours of initial contact being made. For longer term roles that are not of an urgent nature, CHI may contact all three framework members and select the most suitable candidate(s) from proposals put forward. The response time for requests of this nature will be determined by CHI at the time and may vary. The agency deemed to be proposing the best quality candidate(s) within the timeframe specified will be successful in filling the role. Successful bidders will sign a Services Contract with CHI that will apply to services drawn down during the lifetime of the multi-supplier framework. CHI have the right to remove any framework member at any point due to non-conformance / poor performance. In this instance, a suitably qualified lower ranking bidder may be invited on to the framework in their place.
