Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission

The Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission (IHREC) requests quotations from interested parties for 34 x Adobe Acrobat Pro for Teams licences, software management and product support for 1 year from 20/09/2024 to 19/09/2025. IHREC also request quotations from interested parties for 5 x Adobe Creative Cloud ALL MLP licences, software management and product support for 1 year from 14/01/2025 to 13/01/2026. The successful party will manage any issues or queries that may arise with Acrobat Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud use, will procure the best possible price for licence purchase and will manage the renewal of said licences and support each year. Interested parties will also provide the facility to draw down additional licenses for Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud ALL MLP if required. At present, licences are supplied and managed by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) on behalf of IHREC. IHREC wish to migrate our Adobe Pro licences out to a new console. The Adobe Creative Cloud Licences are managed by Adobe but IHREC wish to migrate these to a new console and have all Adobe Software (Acrobat Pro and Creative Cloud) managed under the same umbrella company
