The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process for a multi-supplier panel for the provision of legal services, split into “lots” as follows: • Lot 1: All Legal Services – the provision of the full variety of legal services required by the Contracting Entity (excluding advice relating to debt collection and insurance claims) • Lot 2: Volume Property Work – the provision of specific, high volume property work (including resulting litigation) • Lot 3: Litigation – full and comprehensive case management support and advice in respect of (a) litigation (including in respect of criminal matters and judicial reviews) across all court forums/jurisdictions, and (b) all other forms of dispute resolution and investigation including regulatory investigations, conciliation, mediation, adjudication and arbitration • Lot 4: Legal Support Solutions – administrative and volume legal services Full details are contained in the attached procurement documents.

Uisce Eireann wish to update the contract notice for 23/062 - Legal Services Panel to include a breakdown of the estimated contract value per Lot. The existing contract notice refers to a cumulative value for each Lot.
The estimated value per Lot is as follows;
Lot 1 All Legal Services: €24,024,000.00;
Lot 2 Volume Property Work: €8,008,000.00;
Lot 3 Litigation: €4,004,000.00;
Lot 4 Legal Support Solutions: €4,004,000.00.
In addition, we wish to clarify per 5.1.6 of the contract notice that the project is not financed with EU funds
