Gas Networks Ireland (“GNI”) is seeking to establish a new legal panel to support the in-house legal team when advising and supporting GNI and any subsidiary, holding company or affiliated company of GNI, including GNI (UK) Limited, as well as any subsidiary of a subsidiary or holding company of GNI (the “Affiliates”). The work is divided into six Lots covering all practice areas: six Lots comprise work in the Republic of Ireland (incl. legal support solutions) and one Lot comprises work across the UK. Up to a maximum of 19 providers will be appointed across all Lots.

Legal form to be taken by the group of economic operators to whom the contract is to be awarded:
Tenders may be submitted by single entities or by groups of service providers (i.e. a Consortium). A Consortium will not be required to convert into a specific legal form in order to submit a tender but may be required to do so prior to award of the Contract. GNI reserves the right, amongst other solutions, to require that the Agreement be entered into with each member of the Consortium on the basis of joint and several liability or to contract with one member of the Consortium as prime contractor to whom the other members will be sub-contractors. The composition of the Consortium may only be changed with the consent of GNI.
