To facilitate the boundary works, site preparation works are required which will include for the construction of a temporary access track through the grounds of the home and through an overgrown area at the side of the property involving minor demolition works, site clearance and tree felling. It is envisaged that the site preparation works and site clearance works will be undertaken initially by the Main Contractor with a specialist supplier of a precast modular gravity retaining system then appointed by the Main Contractor to supply materials for the retaining structure to be installed on a foundation all by the Main Contractor. Other works will include reinstatement and ancillary works.
