The Initial Contract will be awarded for a Term of five (5) years. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of 2 such extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law. The Contracting Authority may further renew the Contract by way of a new Tender on completion of or in lieu of any extensions provided for.
