- Provide full survey of existing Properties & deliver reports on University Conservation Buildings including General Reports, Fire Safety, Building Fabric, Energy, Universal Access, Health & Safety & Feasibility.
- Act as Employers Representative, (ER), Project Architect, Assigned and Design Certifier and Design Team Leader. The Consultant Grade 1 Architect will act as PSDP for the works, where required to do so, for works with a value of โฌ0 to โฌ1,000,000.
