A maximum of six (6) Participants will be appointed to the framework. Those Participants will be the top six (6) ranked following evaluation of the tender responses in line with the selection and award criteria set out in the tender documentation.
The services required under the framework agreement will include;
- Provide full survey of existing Properties & deliver reports on University Conservation Buildings including General Reports, Fire Safety, Building Fabric, Energy, Universal Access, Health & Safety & Feasibility.
- Act as Employers Representative, (ER), Project Architect, Assigned and Design Certifier and Design Team Leader. The Consultant Grade 1 Architect will act as PSDP for the works, where required to do so, for works with a value of โ‚ฌ0 to โ‚ฌ1,000,000.
- Prepare the sketch scheme, planning package, fire cert, DAC and the tender package and in addition they will be responsible for issuing all technical specifications, drawings, schedule of works, ironmongery schedules and door and window schedules.
