The maximum duration of this Framework Agreement is five (5) years including the two (2) optional extensions. Lot 1 is for plumbing and heating maintenance services for a three-year period plus an option for two twelve-month periods. This lot will be awarded to the overall highest-ranked tenderer. Lot 2 is New Installations and works estimated to be greater than ten thousand Euro (€10,000) in value. All work under Lot 2 will be awarded by mini competition. All members, including the winner of Lot 1, will be invited, and will be eligible to tender for, all works under Lot 2.
