The Clongriffin Early Delivery Phase housing development (the “Project”) is a key strategic development located in Clongriffin, Dublin 13, Ireland and forms part of current and future programmes of work to be undertaken by the Contracting Authority to develop affordableSale, cost rental and social housing and apartments. The Works Contractor shall enter into the Works Contract directly with the Contracting Authority to deliver the Project pursuant to a Design and Build contract. The development contains of a total of 408 units, together with associated amenity, creche, and support facilities. The scheme includes a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments and a total of 280 no. car parking spaces provided in a combination of undercroft and surface parking.
