UCD - Framework Agreements for Building Construction Works

University College Dublin ( UCD )

UCD (and any wholly owned subsidiary thereof), is issuing this Project Information Memorandum and the accompanying Suitability Assessment Questionnaires (SAQ) in order to obtain information from Applicants to determine their suitability on the basis of financial standing, technical competence and capability, and relevant experience to carry out the projects under these two framework agreements. Separate SAQ’s for each of Lots 1and 2 are included in the accompanying documentation. Applicants should only complete the SAQ for the Lot that is most aligned with their capabilities and it is a condition of this competition that an Applicant may only apply for one of the two lots. It will not be permitted for any Applicant to be included on both Lot 1 and Lot 2 frameworks.
