This contract relates to the supply, implementation and support of Customer Relationship Management software which will support:
(a) All student recruitment activities across UCD (including EU recruitment, non-EU recruitment and executive education)
(b) Online applications process for admitting students onto programmes
(c) Partnership activities of UCD Global
Detailed requirements are specified in the tender documents. In the future, it is our ambition to adopt the selected CRM in further areas of UCD including Alumni Development. Therefore, we have included additional requirements from these areas in our specification and are looking for indicative costs. However, these areas are not within the initial scope of this contract.
