Solid Stick Wheel Flange Lubrication for 22000

This is a call to competition by IE for the procurement of Replacement Wheel Flange Lubrication system for ICR Fleet (the “Contract”). A flange lubrication applicator (cassette) and lubrication stick is required for the 22000 Inter City Railcar fleet to replace the automated system. Prior to supply of a fleet quantity Irish rail require two full assemblies (left hand side and right hand side) and lubrication sticks for testing purposes. If successful a fleet quantity of 130 Left hand applicators, 130 right hand applicators and a fleet quantity of lubrication sticks will be required in addition to an on going supply of lubrication sticks for the length of the contract.

And the contract awarded will be for an initial terms of 3 years with a option to extend be a further 3 years on a 1 + 1 + 1.. if the extension option is exercised this contract will be re-advertised in 2027. if the extension option is not exercised it will be advertised in 2024.
