SINGLE SUPPLIER SERVICES FRAMEWORK CONTRACT for the Provision of Employment Law Legal Services to the Department of Expenditure and Reform

The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform (the “Contracting Authority”) is issuing this
request for tenders (“RFT”). The Contracting Authority invitestenders(“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for appointment to a single-supplier Services Framework Contract for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (“the Services”).
The provision of Employment Law legal services to either (i) the Department of Public
Expenditure and Reform (“DPER”) or (ii) DPER and one or more of the framework clients jointly (see RFT paragraph 1.3), where the parties have a common interest in obtaining such employment law legal services.
