The arrangements apply to all bodies in receipt of Exchequer capital funding.
The Contracting Authority wishes to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for advisory services in relation to the preparation and submission of various reports to ensure compliance with Public Spending Code (“PSC”) requirements across Dublin City Council’s Housing Programme which are at various points of progress.

The types of projects include, but are not limited to the following:
• Flat Estate Regeneration (including refurbishment, renovation, demolition and new build)
• PPP (Public Private Partnership projects),
• Affordable Housing Projects,
• Cost Rental Projects,
• LDA led projects,
• HLI (Housing Land Initiative projects to include Social, Cost Rental and Affordable), Competitive Dialogue Turnkey Projects and
• Turnkey Acquisition type projects.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 1 500 000 EUR 💰
Duration: 48 months
Description of renewals:
The framework agreement will be for a maximum period of four (4) years. The Contracting Authority confirms that the period of any contracts awarded under the framework agreement may extend beyond the date of expiry of the agreement.
