In accordance with Article 55 (1) of Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on public procurement the NTMA abandoned this tender process as permitted by section 4.7 (f) (Right to Amend or Terminate the Tender Process) of the RFT. Following receipt of tenders and a review of the responses received the NTMA has concluded that an insufficient number of acceptable responses were received to meet the NTMA's requirements. In this regard, the NTMA intends to publish, in due course, a new contract notice to procure these services.
