Duration: 36 months
Description of renewals:
Any contract that may result from this competition will be issued for 36 months. If OPW reserve the right to extend this for two additional periods of 12 months each to a total of 60 months.
Description of options:
• The OPW may also need to acquire additional subscriptions, options and data lake during the lifetime of the contract. Tenderers must price for the following additional options although the requirements are not guaranteed:
o 2000 additional Cortex XDR Pro subscriptions
o Host insights add on
o Additional data lake per TB
o Forensics add on (tenderer should suggest quantity)
o Data retention options for endpoint logs up to 12 additional months made up of 6 months Hot data retention and 6 months Cold data retention.
o Cortex XDR Cloud Per host licenses (minimum quantity allowable).
