The Contracting Authority is seeking tenders from economic operators for the provision of School Meal Services to certain of it's post-primary schools.
As the subject matter of this competition is categorised as a Title III Service subject to a light touch application of Directive 2014/24/EU, under Art. 74, a single-stage competitive procedure with negotiation is being used.
