There are a number of sites which are currently at various stages of development and these will transfer to the relevant local authority or Approved Housing Body in due course. However, there are also sites located outside towns or in small rural villages which may not be economically viable for housing development for some time or have been re-zoned. Lands which are currently vacant and not undergoing development are located nationwide and it is these sites which will require Land Management Services.
