Access to blocks via 2 No. stair and lift cores and external walkways to each apartment, all totalling 3,610sqm including provision for external stores and plant rooms (c.70sqm). The site works will include demolition of the 3 No. existing residential blocks, modifications to the existing boundary walls, drainage, hard and soft landscaping within the site boundary to accommodate the proposed development.
