โข Newly developed and/or acquired properties are added to the programme and survey database in a planned and progressive way;
โข Data on existing property assets is periodically updated and refreshed to a position
where data on all properties is no more than five years old; and
โข Investment programmes and long-term business plans are informed by up-to-date and valid data.
