Construction of a new 10 classroom primary school building with 2 classroom SEN unit on an existing school site. The new building is a two storey school of approx. 2820 m2 in area. Facilities also include 1 general purpose hall, and teaching, support and ancillary facilities. Works also include landscaping, external stairs and access route, play areas, car parking and site works. The project is phased and the new school will be constructed prior to demolition of existing school. Interface areas between site and operational school will require construction of external staircases, railings, path, and landscaping. Demolition of existing school required. Works to public footpaths, pedestrian crossing and new site entrance required.
