For the supply, delivery and unloading of Trees for Dublin City Council, excluding Christmas trees. The framework is primarily for use by the Parks and Landscape Services Division, but may also be extended for use by other divisions of Dublin City Council. The successful tenderer(s) will be responsible for the off loading of the items at the receiving area as directed by Dublin City Council Parks Staff.
Please note there will be at least five separate locations within the City boundary that the Trees will have to be delivered to and off loaded as outlined in section 3.1.
The bulk of requirements under the framework will be a single annual request.
There is no guarantee of additional contracts, but where they arise, the Contracting Authority will consult the members of the framework agreement in accordance with the rules of operation outlined in this Request for Tender.
