Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin is seeking to establish a single-party framework agreement for masterplanning consultancy services for a maximum duration of four years. The services required under the framework will consist of masterplanning services relating to TCD main campus and its satellite sites.
It is anticipated that the masterplan will be generated by extensive consultation with all relevant TCD stakeholders as well as critical external stakeholders. The masterplan will be a flexible document fit for purpose for a considerable time and will be reviewed regularly. In addition, the masterplan will be a plan for a sustainable future, and carefully balancing and embracing environmental, social and economic considerations.
