The daa currently has a managed print services agreement in place with a vendor. This contract is due for renewal in the near future. daa is taking this opportunity to commence a procurement phase for a Managed Print Services Contract.
As part of this procurement process the winning tenderer will be responsible for the ongoing operation and maintenance of daaโ€™s printing fleet. This will include but is not limited to the supply and install of new printers, ongoing support and maintenance for the existing fleet, and IT solution to cater for management of business unit specific billing, which would be integrated with daaโ€™s access control solution ensuring secure print, pull to print and offering facilitation of the billing reconciliation.
