โ€ข Tenderers must be an External Valuer within the meaning of the RICS Valuation Standards, the European Valuation Standards or the International Valuation Standards as applicable to the region in which the Tenderer operates.
โ€ข Tenderers must undertake each valuation either by or under the supervision of an appropriately qualified valuer, who accepts responsibility for the valuation. An appropriately qualified valuer is an RICS/SCSI Registered Valuer with current membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) or an equivalent recognised professional body.
