Short description
The proposed project refers to the extension and refurbishment of existing St. Columba’s College, Stranorlar, Co. Donegal. The overall floor area of 10,500 m2 will be accommodated part in new 2-story buildings (7,000 m2) and part in existing 2-story and single story buildings to be retained and refurbished (3,500 m2). A number of existing obsolete standalone blocks and prefabricated units will be demolished (approx. 3.500 m2). The project also includes the provision of new external play areas, the redesign of the vehicular and pedestrian access to the school, the provision of new service access road, new car parking and set-down areas, new hard and soft landscaping, new fencing, and all associated site works and connections/diversions to existing services.
