The development is for a total of 58 no. social housing units, consisting of 40 no. 2-storey houses and 18 no. apartment/duplex units located in 3-storey corner buildings. The development has a mix of 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom units and each has its own door access and individual private open space. The construction is traditional masonry cavity walls with brick and render finish on raft slab foundations with a mix of pitched slate roofs and mono-pitched PVC membrane roofs.
