The OPW requires a Facilities Maintenance service, which provides an economic solution to their needs but not one that compromises quality of service.

The Service Requirement is for Hard Services Building and Asset Maintenance where a single entity procures and provides the full range of Building and Asset Maintenance Services for and on behalf of the client. The expected range of Building and Asset Maintenance Services may include but is not limited to the following:

• General Service & Contract Management

• Provision and management of the helpdesk associated with these sites and ensuring rapid response times.

• Mechanical, electrical & building fabric planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

• Reactive maintenance including modifications and minor repairs

• Fault finding and problem resolution of issues arising from the PPM

• Management of external contractor’s involved in maintenance and project work

• Performance reporting on PPMs.
